Who are these masked beings? Men? Women? Children? It matters not. The message is the medium and Carbon County are drawing on a late 20th century vision of art, music, freedom and culture forged by Joe Strummer, Billy Bragg, Banksy, The Residents and Patti Smith with the psych and hard rock riffs and tones of AC/DC, Black Sabbath, Monster Magnet, and Kyuss.
