Liquid Symphony

Liquid Symphony is a late 80s band that combined numerous artistic influences to create a unique atmosphere, interweaving textural landscapes and universal grooves that manifest into inspiring art-pop. It came about from a chance meeting a basement Boston apartment when keyboardist Charles Newman was attending the Berklee College of Music and singer-songwriter, guitarist Paul Casanova had recently returned to his native Boston after graduating The University if Miami’s music program. The two teamed up on a journey that began an over a three decade collaboration across various projects together. Throughout their few year tenure in Boston, they had Scott Morrison on bass and Randy Charlton on drums. They played all the staple Boston rock clubs of the late 80s including Jacks, The Rat, The Middle East and The Channel where they supported national acts including The Romantics and others.
